These Terms govern your use of toll.ph and the Toll PH mobile apps (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Toll PH provides informational estimates based on available toll-rate data. Rates, routes, vehicle classifications, and road conditions can change or be incomplete. Toll PH is not an expressway operator, navigation service, or government agency. Check official sources and road signs before travel; you remain responsible for actual tolls, routing, and safe driving.
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
Saved trips, journeys, and preferences are stored on your device and are not account backups. They may be lost if you clear browser or app data, remove the app, change devices, or lose access to the device. You are responsible for any copy you wish to keep.
New accounts may receive a limited Pro trial without a charge. Paid Pro plans renew for the monthly or annual period shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize the checkout provider to charge the displayed price and applicable taxes each billing period.
You may cancel through your account before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable checkout terms. Checkout, billing, taxes, and refunds are handled by Polar and its payment partners under the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms. Current features and prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods with any notice required by law.
Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, access them through unauthorized automated means, attempt to bypass feature or access limits, or use them in violation of law or another person’s rights. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
The Services and their original software, design, and content belong to Toll PH or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and policies; Toll PH is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
The Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Toll PH and its suppliers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the Services change. Revised Terms apply when posted, and we will update the date above. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
